1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale products, are not eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene and clearance reasons.
